Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We want you to be happy with our products. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Returns
All returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the package delivery date. To qualify for a return, all returned items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached.
Return Process
To begin the process of returning an item, you can contact us at hello@loloyaya.com. Provide Customer Service with your order number and if your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Note that you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend that you mail your return using a traceable method. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages that occur while your return package is in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the condition of the merchandise, we will process your return. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for your return to be processed after receiving the merchandise. Refunds may take up to 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you via email when your return has been processed.
Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first.

Promotional items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any potential misuse or abuse of our returns policy.
If you find any quality issues with your order, please email hello@loloyaya.com with your order number, description of the item problem, and image of the item in question. We will refund or resend it to you.
